DAM4CO2 GEP
The DAM4CO2 consortium reflects a strong European cooperation by integrating seven partners from Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Poland, while actively committing to promoting gender equality and the inclusion of diversity as fundamental pillars for scientific excellence in CO2 capture research.
The project has achieved a perfect gender balance, with 50% of the WP leader positions held by women and 50% by men. DAM4CO2 project goes beyond merely complying with formal equality requirements; it actively promotes equal leadership, valuing female talent in decision-making and scientific coordination roles.
